Cat6 S/FTP Patch Cable, Pure 100% Copper, 23 AWG Stranded Cable
To prevent interference and signal loss, extreme shielding is done to the network cable. Cat6 Shielded/Screened Foiled Patch Cables are useful for conditions where proximity to high power, or RMI equipment may result in crosstalk, and it is great for areas where electromagnetic interference may occur.
Our network Cat6 S/FTP patch cables are terminated with premium grade 50 Micron gold plated contacts RJ45 connectors at both ends. The Cat6 S/FTP version is made for Fast Ethernet (10/100BASE-T) and Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) delivering up to 100 MHz bandwidth. Our high-quality Ethernet Cat6 S/FTP cables meet and exceed ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 standards.
All our cables are UL Listed, ETL Verified and RoHS Compliant. We carry non-booted and snagless booted strain relief shielded and foiled Cat6 cables with a variety of colors to choose from.
Shielded Cat6 Molded Snagless Boot, Strain-Relief S/FTP Patch Cables
Construction of OTSCABLES Cat6 S/FTP Snagless Boot Patch Cord
Cat6 S/FTP Patch Cable is composed of four twisted pairs of 100% copper wire, each wrapped with a foil shielding before an overall drain wire and shield is wrapped around the conductors. The conductors are made from stranded cables, each pairs of wires twisted tighter to eliminate crosstalks and ANEXT and covered with foil.
RJ45 plugs are terminated at each end of the snagless booted cable by injection molding. Injection molding not only ensures that the cable is pushed right into the connector, but also makes sure that each individual wires are snug securely and efficiently in place.
Benefits
What’s great with shielded cables is we get the best benefits of a robust and durable cable for harsh environments. Further protection is safely implemented with the strain relief snagless boots at each end that support the RJ45 plugs.
Applications
Frequent connection and disconnection may pose strain and breakage to the patch cables. That is why the Cat6 S/FTP snagless booted patch cable has a special feature of having higher mating cycles than FTP and UTP cables and is best for applications requiring the highest cable performance in EMI-exposed environments.
Cat6A Ethernet S/FTP Patch Cable, Non-Booted Crimped/Assembly Style
Construction of OTSCABLES Cat6 S/FTP Non-Booted Patch Cord
Our Cat6 Non-booted S/FTP cables are constructed by stripping the cable into the standard patch cable length, and a 50-micron, gold-plated RJ45 connector is crimped unto the wires.
Benefits
Our non-booted Cat6 S/FTP patch cables are best for dense data centers, where cables are crowded. These are also ideal for simple applications and its more cost efficient than our booted cables.
Applications
Our Ethernet Cat6 S/FTP cables are compatible with computer devices such as routers, patch panels, modems, switches and hubs. For keen protection against high EMI’s, Cat6 S/FTP patch cables gives extreme shielding that you can easily install in home and office applications, in modems, routers, servers, hubs, printers, switch boxes, gaming console, VoIP, computers and many more.
Cat6 Crossover S/FTP Patch Cable
OTSCABLES carry Cat6 S/FTP Crossover cables when you want to connect devices without using hubs or switches. Our Cat6 S/FTP crossover cables are shielded and terminated with 50 Micron gold plated contacts RJ45 plugs at each end. With crossover cables, you can easily connect two computers, still keeping great signal integrity.
